You'll join a team on a mission to advance and mature a robust design system that empowers designers and developers to build consistent user experiences for our more than 200.000 customers.

In this role, you will:

• Be part of a supportive centralized UX team of 14 that strives to mature UX and always pushes for a design thinking approach.

• Work closely with developers, designers, and product managers to align expectations and ensure that the customers' voices are embedded in our decision-making.

• Own the design system documentation and guidelines, ensuring they are always up-to-date and accessible to all teams.

• Drive the adoption of the design system across the organization, providing guidance and support to other designers and developers.

About you

• You are passionate about building out design systems and creating solutions that are accessible, intuitive, and enjoyable to use.

• You have a deep understanding of atomic design principles and know how to break down complex UI elements into reusable components.

• You are meticulous about maintaining design consistency and can effectively communicate the importance of this across different teams.

• You have experience designing for a design system with a strong track record of en-to-end design processes.

You’ll be successful in this role if you have:

• 3+ years of professional experience in a similar role

• Experience in maintaining and scaling a design system within a growing organisation.

• Excellent communication skills in English (written and oral) and Danish (oral).

• Experience designing enterprise/B2B/SaaS products.

• Passion about crafting beautiful UIs in Figma

• Fun pushing pixels and geeking about details

The recruitment process

First, hit that apply button and let's kickstart your e-conomic journey!

1. Initial screening

Have a chat with Hanne, our Talent Acquisition Partner, for about 30 min.

2. First interview

This is a first meet and greet with Tobias, for you to learn more about the role and for us to learn more about you. It will last about 60 minutes.

3. Second interview

Dive deeper into the role with Tobias and Kelly (Product Manager, Design Systems), and afterwards there will be a personality test feedback together with Hanne and Tobias. In total this interview will last about 90 minutes.

Prior to the interview you'll prepare for a case discussion, with an expected total prep time of around 4.5 hours.
