Your Team and Work Style

We’re a team of five fullstack engineers, one QA Engineer, and an Engineering Manager, Martin, who will be your leader if you decide to join us. While we come from different backgrounds and nationalities, we all live in Denmark and work together, whether from the office or home.

Our team enhances the sales component of the e-conomic ERP system, developing features that streamline quote-to-cash processes, enable seamless integrations, and improve customer and product portfolio management. We work on subscription-based invoicing, document handling, and automation features, ensuring businesses can operate more efficiently and scale with ease.

Briefly about the broader Products department (R&D)
You will be joining our development organisation Products (R&D) with +180 employees, primarily located in Denmark, Romania and Portugal, working with technologies like C#, Node.js, React, MS-SQL, Swift and MongoDB. We are a diverse group of +28 nationalities, including Developers, Product Managers, QA Engineers and UX Designers.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop & maintain our platform using .NET (C#), SQL, React, and Web API.

• Own your code from development to production.

• Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team of developers, QA, Product Managers, and UX Designers.

• Write, review, and refactor code to maintain high-quality standards.

• Contribute to discussions and technical decision-making, ensuring alignment and shared understanding.

What we expect from you

We’re looking for a software developer who enjoys building new features while also using their creativity to enhance and refine existing products. You have experience working with SaaS platforms and take pride in delivering software that empowers users to work more efficiently and grow their businesses.

Further, you can say yes to the following:

• 3+ years of experience in software development, specifically with .NET (C#), SQL, React, Web API, Git, HTML, and CSS.

• Comfortable working with an existing codebase and improving it over time.

• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Great communication skills, where you know how to collaborate and challenge ideas constructively.

• A team player mentality

The recruitment process

Initial interview: Have a chat with Hanne, our Talent Acquisition Partner, for about 30 min.

First interview: Meet Martin for the first interview, which will be around 60 min.

Second interview: Dive deeper into the technical aspects of the role with Martin and a team member, for around 90 min. There will also be a personality test feedback after the interview, together with Hanne and Martin, which will be around 30 min.

Prior to the interview you'll complete a personality test, and prepare for a case discussion.
