We’re hiring a People Analytics Partner to help us shape how we work with people data in e-conomic. Not just today, but for the long run.

As our People Analytics Partner, you’ll take ownership of this space. All the way from bringing structure to the messy, defining the metrics that matter, and guiding us toward clearer, faster, more human-centered decisions.
You won’t be handed a perfect setup. But you will be trusted to shape it.
Your day-to-day
You’ll join our People & Culture team, and work closely with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, People Partners and cross-functional colleagues in Finance and BI. You can expect a mix of deep focus time and collaboration, and a team that genuinely values your expertise.
A typical day might include:
Owning and improving how we collect, validate and report on people data
Designing dashboards and reporting for board meetings, ESG, and leadership decisions
Collaborating with BI and IT on systems, automation and integration
Supporting our salary benchmarking and pay transparency efforts
Designing processes for ongoing data governance
Spotting trends and surfacing insights on retention, hiring, mobility and more
Turning complex data into clear, actionable stories
What you'll bring to the role
You’ll be our first dedicated hire in this space. So we’re looking for someone who can lead in their domain, and build structure where there isn’t much yet.
What sets you up for impact:
Hands-on experience working with people data, from pulling and cleaning to validating and structuring
Familiarity with systems like HiBob, Personio or Workday, and how data flows across tools
Confidence working with BI/reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau or Google Sheets
A solid grasp of key people metrics (e.g. FTE, retention, DEI, mobility) and how they inform business decisions
Experience working across functions like Finance, IT and BI
A proactive, self-driven mindset meaning you spot patterns, propose improvements and know how to act on them
Solid communication skills by being able to translate data into relevant narratives for different audiences
Bonus: Experience with board/ESG reporting or working in a global setup
You'll need to be confident communicating in English - written and spoken - as it’s the language we use across teams.

Dive deeper into the role with Ingrid (Team Lead People Business Partnering) and Hanne (TA Partner). You’ll receive a personality test in advance (prep: ~40 min.)
