People Analytics Partner
Are you the one to bring structure to the messy, turn people data into meaningful decisions, and help shape how we use insights to build a better company?
We could easily write a classic job ad… You know the one with “We’re looking for a structured and data-driven individual with a passion for people analytics.” But honestly, we’re looking for more than that.
We’re looking for someone who’s not just curious about data, but who can own the entire people data setup from the technical foundation to the insights that shape decisions. Someone who finds satisfaction in making order out of chaos - whether that’s designing data flows, building dashboards where we can slice and dice the data or structuring a data warehouse.
And someone who knows that meaningful change often starts by fixing the basics: getting systems, integrations and data governance in place.
We’re hiring a People & Analytics Partner to build and own our people data infrastructure in e-conomic – for the long run.
Your impact
At e-conomic, we’re 500+ employees across countries, systems and legal entities. Like many growing companies, our people data currently lives in different systems, dashboards and spreadsheets.
👉 That’s where you come in.
You’ll take ownership of the technical and analytical backbone that makes it possible for P&C, Finance and BI to make clear, data-backed decisions.
This isn’t a “perfect setup” waiting for you – you’ll create it.
Your day-to-day
You’ll join our People & Culture team, and work closely with Finance, BI, People Operations and IT. Expect a mix of deep focus time and collaboration, and a team that values your expertise.
A typical week might include:
Designing and owning the people data architecture, including integrations and data flows between systems (HiBob, Teamtailor, Peakon, Tableau, data warehouse, etc.)
Building and maintaining dashboards that allow leaders to slice & dice data for insights
Ensuring data quality, governance and control across systems
Partnering with BI on automation and scalable reporting
Supporting complex reporting needs (e.g. board, ESG, pay transparency) through data warehouse models (that we haven’t set up yet) – not just system exports
Translating complex datasets into actionable narratives for leadership
What you bring to the team
You’ll be our first dedicated hire in this space, so we’re looking for someone who can lead technically and analytically from day one.
Here’s what we imagine you bring:
Solid hands-on experience working with data architecture, integrations, and governance – ideally in a people data context but this not a show stopper
Proficiency in BI/reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau, and confidence in building dashboards that support decision-making
Experience designing data flows into a data warehouse and modelling data for complex reporting (e.g. salary, retention, DEI)
A proactive, problem-solving mindset – you spot issues, propose solutions, and act on them
Strong communication skills to turn technical insights into clear, relevant stories for non-technical audiences
Bonus: Experience with ESG or board reporting, and working across functions in a global setup
You’ll need to be confident communicating in English – written and spoken – as it’s the language we use across teams.
Why this role matters
This role is the backbone for how we make people-related decisions in e-conomic. By building a solid technical foundation for people analytics, you’ll enable P&C, Finance and BI to act on insights – not assumptions.
If you like owning the data end-to-end, creating clarity, and making others better through your work – this could be your role.
And just so you know: you don’t need to tick every box to apply. If this excites you, we want to hear from you.
