The role

In this role, you own the platform roadmap end-to-end. You define which problems to solve, why they matter, and how platform investments create value for customers, partners, and the business.

Your work is the critical link between technical foundation and customer value. By adopting a platform-as-a-product mindset for our most strategic technical assets - such as APIs and data - you ensure that platform success is measured by how effectively it enables innovation, automation, and business growth across our ecosystem. 

You work at the intersection of technology, internal and external customer needs, product needs and commercial outcomes, translating complex platform capabilities into clear priorities and tangible impact. The role combines strategic thinking with close collaboration and hands-on discovery.

Your team

You will join the Product Management organization in Copenhagen and work closely with a group of experienced Product Managers, highly skilled engineers, and domain specialists. 

Our group of PMs have diverse backgrounds in SaaS and accounting all dedicated to the ambition of supercharging e-conomics growth through fantastic customer product experiences. We are working closely with our UX, development and engineering teams through product discovery and delivery, working through a structured process from initial ideas, problem formulation, prioritization and final delivery.

As PM you are responsible for gathering ideas, creating the roadmap of validated problems and bringing forward prioritization towards business value to the product leadership - ensuring we are working on the right things to propel e-conomic forward into the future. You engage internal stakeholders, customers, and partners to shape the roadmap and work closely with engineering teams to execute it. 

Your leader will be Amalie Kaysen (Product Line Manager), who values clear thinking, honest discussions, thoughtful prioritization, and pragmatic decision-making. You will be trusted with real ownership of your area, while having sparring and support when navigating complex decisions.

We believe good product decisions are grounded in customer insight, technical understanding, and open dialogue. 

Your responsibilities

Own and evolve the platform roadmap

• Define and prioritize initiatives across APIs, data, and technical compliance together with our two other product managers within platform

• Ensure platform investments are clearly tied to customer impact and business outcomes

Stay close to customers and partners

• Engage directly with Danish businesses, internal customers and partners to understand needs around data, security, performance, and access

• Use real customer insight to inform platform direction, trade-offs, and priorities

Lead discovery and product decision-making

• Explore workflows, constraints, and opportunities across customers, partners, and internal teams

• Make thoughtful product decisions in areas with technical complexity, regulation, and competing priorities

Act as the link between platform and value

• Work closely with engineering leaders and product peers to ensure the platform enables great products

• Help teams understand how platform choices support automation, AI, and ecosystem growth

What we’re looking for

• Solid experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS environment

• Experience driving discovery processes with internal stakeholders, customers and partners

• Experience operating within technical problem spaces such as APIs, data, or infrastructure (without needing to be an engineer)

• A profound ability to balance customer needs, technical constraints, and business goals

• Confidence influencing stakeholders and driving alignment without formal authority

• Full professional fluency in Danish and English, as direct customer dialogue is a core part of the role

Initial screening:
Brief initial chat with Hanne, Talent Acquisition Partner, to learn more about your motivation and align on compensation.

1st interview:

Meet up with Amalie, Product Line Manager, where we’ll learn more about you and your motivation, and you’ll get to know the role more in depth. Interview duration: ~60 min.

2nd interview:

Dive deeper into the role with Amalie and a colleague from Engineering. You’ll receive a case in advance for you to prepare. Total prep time: ~3.5 hours, and interview duration: ~105 min.

3rd interview:

For the final interview, we’ll review your personality test results and discuss your work style, and collaboration preferences. You’ll receive a logic and personality test in advance. Total prep time: ~45 minutes, and interview duration: ~45 min.

If all interviews align, we typically follow up with two short reference calls as part of the process.
