Mobile Product Manager (AI-native)
Unblocking the Future of Accounting
At Visma e-conomic, we believe accounting reaches its full potential when data flows effortlessly between businesses and their advisors.
While our web platform is the powerhouse for Accounting Officers (AOs), our mobile app is the essential link for their clients – the Business Owners (BOs). As our Mobile PM, your mission goes beyond building a great app; it’s about ensuring the mobile experience seamlessly unblocks the AO.
In our world, mobile is where the AO’s workflow meets the BO’s day – where every tap on a screen removes a bottleneck from an accountant's queue.
The Strategic Bridge
Mobile at e-conomic is a high-collaboration platform where you never work in a vacuum. You’ll champion mobile as a shared capability layer, partnering with multiple missions to ensure they reach the AO and BO at the most impactful moments in their workflow.
You're the advocate for the mobile user and the guardian of the mobile quality bar, ensuring that as we scale our web-driven strategy, the mobile experience remains cohesive, intuitive, and – above all – valuable for the AO-BO relationship.
The Role
We're looking for a discovery-first, AI-native PM who thrives on collaboration. You’ll work across three engineering tracks (Backend, iOS and Android) to deliver a product that closes the loop between the two sides of our ecosystem.
This role requires a balance: you're a builder who uses prototyping to de-risk ideas, a collaborator capable of aligning mobile delivery with broader mission roadmaps, and a principled product thinker who ensures every mobile feature ultimately drives measurable efficiency for the Accounting Offices.
Your Responsibilities
Collaborate & Advocate: Work across missions with other PMs to integrate their strategic initiatives into the mobile roadmap. You’ll ensure mobile isn’t an afterthought, but a core part of how we deliver value.
Optimize the AO-BO Loop: Design mobile experiences that make it effortless for BOs to provide the data, approvals, and inputs their AOs need to stay efficient.
AI-Native Discovery: Drive a continuous discovery rhythm that translates user feedback into deep workflow insights. Leveraging AI for research synthesis, you’ll distinguish between stated feature requests and underlying friction points to ensure we’re solving the right problems for the AO-BO relationship.
Own the Mobile Quality Bar: While the roadmap is shared, the execution is yours. You will orchestrate the Backend, iOS and Android tracks to ensure we are building the right solutions, partnering closely with engineering to uphold a high standard of quality and reliability.
Quantify Impact: Define success not just by app usage, but by how much time we save the AO and how effectively we unblock their workflows.
Your Experience
Collaborative PM Track Record: You’ve worked in a complex SaaS environment where you had to align roadmaps across multiple teams and stakeholders.
The Builder Mindset: You don’t wait for a 50-page spec. You use AI and low-fidelity prototypes to test ideas and "learn by doing."
Mobile Product Fluency: You understand the technical constraints and UX conventions of iOS and Android.
Data-Driven habit: You’re comfortable navigating mobile analytics to find the "why" behind the "what."
Language: Professional fluency in Danish and English is required to facilitate direct discovery with our Danish user base.
